Phonak Tao Q is the comprehensive entry-level custom product offering for mild to profound hearing losses, including
six hearing instrument models in two performance levels:
• The four-channel Phonak Tao Q15 with three models and four power levels.
• The three-channel Phonak Tao Q10 with three models and three power levels

Phonak Target
Phonak Target™ fitting software provides well-known, versatile programming, diagnostic and verification tools.
All hearing instruments of the Quest platform can be fitted with the same Phonak Target™ software.
Quick&Easy fitting mode
The Phonak Tao Q10 models are programmed with a specially designed Quick&Easy fitting mode in Phonak Target™.
This mode offers a fast and simple guided process with the following user benefits:

Key features
Phonak Quest
The Phonak Tao Q hearing instruments are built on the technologies of the high-performing Quest platform and are
TM programmed using the Phonak Target fitting software. The latest chip design and key Quest features result in a
natural sound perception and high first-fit acceptance.
Fixed directional microphone
The fixed directional microphones available on Tao Q15-13, Tao Q10-13 and Tao Q15-312 models increase speech
understanding in noisy environments. By using dual microphones instead of one omnidirectional microphone, it
reduces disturbing noises from the back and makes it easier to follow a conversation. It can be manually activated
whenever better understanding in noise is required.
WhistleBlock
WhistleBlock is a very efficient feedback canceller that allows accurate distinction between feedback and natural
signals such as those found in music. WhistleBlock is only applied to true feedback and provides up to 20dB added
stable gain, increasing audibility and sound quality, free from any whistling.
