At present, Small Boss Company has over 100 high speed production lines and it’scapable of carrying out all processes independently frommaterial, mold ,production process, cutting, packaging, so as to ensure uniform quality. After years of research and development and comparison test of several hundred polymer materials regarding their biocompatibility and hydrophilcity, the company eventually determined to choose a kind of HDPE material as the main ingredient of the biological additive and by modifying the nature with special formula and adding trace elements such as hydrophilic groups, better performance was achieved such as excellent mechanical performance, great shock resistance, appropriate density, better hydrophilic performance and prolonged service life. In the meantime, the company has carried out improvement and innovation of the mechanical equipment and production technology to make MBBR Filter Media particles better meet the needs of biological growth, provide more physical attachment points for microorganisms, facilitate 3D flow of Filter Media in water and promote rapid attachment, reproduction and growth of microorganisms in water to form a biological membrane.
