Silicone Vacuum Bag is a long life and reusable product. It made with good silicone rubber sheet used for laminating glass so it also calls silicone bag or recycle vacuum bag. It is an essential in glass lamination. It is very important for vacuum the air between the EVA film and glass with vacuum machine. Make sure NO AIR in bag. It could be prevented gum spilled on the machine. A high quality silicone bag can reduce substandard product waste. 

Techniques:
Mould press is a high pressure machine to press the silicone gel that can produce the evenly silicone sheet. It makes the tensile rate is on average of the full silicone sheet. The tensile rate and strength are better than ROLL EXTRUSION PROCESS and would not be break somewhere on the bag.

Materials:
Our factory is used best silicone gel to produce silicone bag not reclaimed materials.

Vulcanizing: The most important is our silicone bag is used DMDBH. 
DMDBH is green material. Other vulcanizing agent will generate dichlorobenzaldehyde.

There is including 2 nozzles with 2 silicone tubes and full of silicone lock on the edges in ONE set regular silicone vacuum bag.
