UACentre (Unified Archive Centre is a specialized system software of contents archives. The archives is composed of several kinds of “unstructured and structured data” which includes analog material, digital file, audiovisual media, paper records, books, historical objects, etc.

UACentre supports the management of this variation of data and contents via user-friendly integrated solution. It makes it easier for the customers (public agencies, companies, organizations) to admin their data assets and to make them build own contents and story.

· Supports various picture input format(NEF, DNG, RAF, CR2, ORF, MRW, BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF, JP2, etc.)

· Enables to convert various encoding format of video sources into various profile format at the same time
· Supports output of Flash video(http/rtmp) based on Standard Flash Player

· Structured archives made in a production system like e-document system or on-nara system are managed efficiently but practically, Unstructured Archives like audiovisual records and administrative artifacts are neglected in a standard records management system.
 

· Unstructured Archives are losing their own value since they are spread out across each department of public agencies and preserved autonomously without information of origin. It is necessary to find the current neglected unstructured archives retention condition and catalogue, preserve and digitalize them.
 

 · Also, It is necessary to utilize archives via increasing utilization of archives, internal services of public agencies and nation services connecting with a standard records management system.
