Introduction

Our hairline film can be used as finishing materials for various products and industries, such as V.C.M(Vinyl Coated Metal sheet), ABS, MDF for home appliances, electronics, automobile, furniture.

To realize the hairline pattern, we are using the method of making physical scratch directly on the PET film. And this process is able to make the film to be shown the texture of hair line pattern more naturally.

In addition to the process of hairline pattern, we can make it to be seen more diversely and splendidly, through the various color printing, coating, metallizing and laminating on the film.

The greatest strength of this scratching type is visual effect by reflection and refraction. It could show the realistic effect of surface which looks different depend on the direction of sight.

So, the hair line film is most ideal and alternative finishing material of Aluminum and Stainless. It can realize the texture of metal surface using the film.
