The preferred raw material for post insulator is BMC(glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin molding compound).  It can be controlled size precisely, and in good fire resistance, electric mark resistance, high dielectric strength,corrosion resistance and dirt resistance, remarkable mechanical performance, low water absorption and good color stability. Aging resistance is also good.
