Jiangsu Gerrard Metal Co., Ltd is a R&D, production and sales of specialized in aluminum micro-channel parallel flow flat tubes and automotive ancillary industry profiles of manufacturers. The company is located in the national civilized city of zhangjiagang city economic and technological development zone, the company was founded in 2013, covers an area of 80 acres, totally investment of 330 million yuan. The first phase invested 150 million yuan, it was completed with three parallel flow flat tube extrusion production lines, five parallel flow flat tube finished products cutting production lines, one industrial profile production line, mold center, testing center, R&D center. The company has the first-class production and testing equipment, which were imported from Germany, Korea and Japan. The second phase II is expected to start in August 2015, it plans to build three one out of six parallel flow flat tube extrusion production lines, which can produce six pieces one time, seven parallel flow flat tube finished products cutting production lines. Then the annual capacity of aluminum micro-channel parallel flow flat tube amounts to 10000 tons, aluminum alloy aluminum profiles amounts to 4000 tons and annual turnover is over RMB 500 million yuan. Gerrard will be the aluminum alloy hot extrusion of micro-channel parallel flow flat tube processing and production enterprises with its the largest scale, technology and the first-class equipment.

Meanwhile Gerrard also engaged in non-ferrous metal materials innovation, processing and manufacturing, launch copper aluminum composite tubes, high-strengthen aluminum tubes, aluminum internal grooved tubes, high frequency welding aluminum alloy header for air condition condensers.
