UV Paint Dust Collector

The UV paint dust collector consists of the inlet duct through which UV paint dust gas is fed from the UV painting equipment; the airing system allowing UV paint dust gas to be fed through the inlet duct; the dust collection system where dust of the UV paint dust gas including liquid, which is fed through the airing system, is collected and the dust in the liquid is filtered; and the discharging system to discharge filtered air through the outlet duct.

The dust collector of Giyoung reduces about 85% to 90% of the volatile paint, discharging the clean air and significantly reducing air pollutants.

UV paint and oil paint dust discharged during the process of painting various products is not decomposed, and is a harmful chemical material that are very harmful for human health.

Considering the fact that harmful chemicals discharged by many painting shops are discharged into the air without filtering,

the government needs to tighten the air pollutant restrictions, and businesses need to proactively improve the facility to preserve the quality of the air.

Giyoung will continue its R&D efforts so that its patented solution, UV paint dust collector and oil paint dust collector will be installed at painting shops and significantly contribute to preservation of the quality of the air.
