JOJOBA OIL

MODE OF EXTRACTION-

Jojoba oil is extracted from Fruit through cold pressed method.

USES-

Since jojoba oil is not an eye irritant, nor allergenic, It can be used  to remove eye makeup. . 

 In facial cleanser and moisturize, body moisturizer, massage and bath oil, foot and hand , softener, hair and scalp massage,  deep Conditioning, treatment for hair,  lip conditioner, cuticle Oil,  shaving prep and aftershave.

Jojoba oil is an excellent mechanical lubricant,  Jojoba oil can also be used as a plasticizer, fire retardant and detergent. Defatted jojoba meal, a byproduct of oil production, is used to stop radiator leaks in engines.

Jojoba oil is used in the production of certain antibiotics to reduce foaming, and is used in skin treatment preparations because it is easily absorbed into the skin.

Jojoba oil is used in pesticides and is a non-toxic fungicide used to treat powdery mildew.

jojoba oil should be considered as an alternative oil for consumption since it contains no triglycerides, cholesterol and is not metabolically broken down during digestion.

Jojoba has also shown some promise as an alternative fuel source, and may actually be superior in many ways to traditional diesel fuel. 

PROPERTIES-

Unlike many essential oils, jojoba oil resists rancidity and is very shelf stable, even at high temperatures. It is actually composed of liquid wax esters and contains vitamin E, B vitamins and several trace minerals. Much iodine is present in jojoba oil, which contributes to antibacterial effectiveness. Jojoba oil makes a great additive because it is odorless and golden-colored without a greasy feel.
