- Auto clave is the most generalized form of physical sterilization to remove pathpgenic bacteria and germs

  on different instruments by applying high pressure (1Kgf/cm2) and high temperature (110 ℃ ~ 135 ℃) steam.

  The permeability of sterilizing steam is excellent that it is effective to sterilize porous appliance including 

  cotton product.
