EGOSNOW is a "Sensitivity" brand which was launched in 2010 in order to help Korean fashion setters meet the versatile needs of the fashion leaders. The brand was born based on the years of research by qualified designers who have handled items in other brands.
The snowflake logo, which symbolizes the excitement of the first snow, represents the excitement of waiting for new shoes. The logo has EGOSNOW's unique design which is comfortable and active. The products of this reminiscent brand, EGOSNOW, are authentic products that are sold on its official website. EGOSNOW offers high quality products that are light and comfortable as they are ergonomically designed with genuine organic materials. The designs are different from other brands.

1. Please note that you will not be reimbursed and/or be able to change used and/or worn EGOSNOW “Flatshoe” and “Flatsum” models because of broken quarters (the heel area of a shoe.) Use a shoehorn to prevent broken quarters.
   
   
2. Please note that EGOSNOW “Flatshoe” and “Flatsum” models can have some light scratches and/or light stains. These are normal since EGOSNOW “Flatshoe” and “Flatsum” models are handmade.
   
   
3. Please note that colors may transfer and/or change colors and/or decolorize when touched with water. We recommend hand-washing only the affected areas. Use lukewarm water, neutral detergent, and a soft shoe brush to wash the shoes. Rinse thoroughly.
   
   
4. Dry all wet and/or washed EGOSNOW shoes thoroughly in a well-ventilated area. Dry in the shade.
   
   
5. Please note that colors and/or printed areas on the shoes may change after washing.
   
   
6. We recommend not wearing the shoes in the rain (colors may transfer and/or change when wet.)
