Not using reflective film    <o:p></o:p>   Young Chang Trading Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer to environmentally friendly process reflective film, bonded textile, bonding. Young Chang has developed an eco-friendly technology not using reflective film and fully expressing designs and colors which have not been able to be expressed in all textile and industrial materials so far by exerting all efforts for technology development to meet changes in the market.  Young Chang is doing the best to grow together with customers for their benefit with a management philosophy of seeking the state-of-the-art technology and the best quality.  <o:p></o:p> ‘Fabric and clothing of Nylon (100%), cotton (100%), linen, microfiber, silk, other blended yarn and other natural fibers with full color designs, patterns and embossing’ have been tried by a number of companies to express simple textile pattern through dyeing, printing, offset, silk-screen and other printing techniques. However, their expression technique was limited and failed to express colors and patterns on desired fabrics. <o:p></o:p> In other words, nylon (100%), cotton (100%), linen, microfiber, silk, and other natural fibers and mixed yarns cannot be dyed in the above manner. Even if they were dyed, rub resistance, wear resistance, wash fastness, light-fastness would not be realized enough. In addition, reflective fabric and clothing also have a lot of problems in various fastnesses and with high price so that were often difficult to get popularized. <o:p></o:p>   <o:p></o:p> Our methods and techniques have successfully improved all of these problems, made them passed various tests and become capable to apply full color design and pattern, embossing and light reflection to all fabrics developed with new technologies and launched by so many fabric developers and manufacturers. <o:p></o:p>   <o:p></o:p> Young Chang has accumulated technology, experience and know-how to express full color design and pattern, embossing, light reflection on the surfaces of all kinds of fabrics to satisfy all of fabric developers and manufacturers and consumers with an aim to create new culture by “material surface processing technology with designs”.
