Objective	This research tests the anti-bacterial effects of propolis botanic extracts on P.acnes, a known cause of acnes, and thus aims to discover whether the test substance is adequate for use in basic skin-care cosmetics for skin ailment improvement.
Results	After applying the botanic extracts contained in the products on P.acne bacteria, research shows that the substance does not affect standard bacteria, S.epidermidis, while anti-bacterial activity on acne bacteria increase as the concentration of the substance increases. There are substantial effects in preventing acne bacteria.

Objective	This research compares the whitening effect of the botanic extracts, comprising of extracts from 4 different trees, with previous whitening products in order to verify whether the substance can be used in skin-care cosmetics.
Results	The color of skin is decided by the amount and concentration of melanin in the epidermis. After measuring the melanin-creation hindering capabilities of the extracts used in the product, results show that the whitening effect of mulberry tree extracts is remarkable even in low concentrations. Extracts from paper mulberry trees and rubber trees also show an increase in whitening effects as the concentration
	increased. If consumers use the product containing high concentrations of botanic extracts, their skin will be significantly brighter.

Objective	This research compares the antioxidant effect of the botanic extracts, comprising of extracts of from 4 different trees, with previous products in order to verify whether the substance can be used in skin-care cosmetics.
Results	After measuring the antioxidant effects of propolis botanic extracts, results show that the antioxidant effect of paper mulberry, mulberry and rubber trees are remarkably high. Adding just 1% of the extracts from the 3 trees will result in antioxidant effects of 90%. Therefore, using this product, which contains high concentrations of the extracts, will minimize the aging of skin and help maintain healthy skin. (The botanic extracts used in the product are natural antioxidant agents.)

Objective	This research tests the cell toxicity of the botanic extracts, when extracts from 5 different trees are used to create the test substance. This test substance is used on the human body to verify whether the substance can be used in skin-care cosmetics.
Results	The effectiveness of substances included in cosmetics is important, but it must be without any irritation to the skin, Complex 1 is a complex extract which combined substances specialized for treating atopy, while Complex 2 is specialized for treating acne. After testing the substance on cell toxicity and irritation, results showed that the substance has no toxicity. In addition, as the concentration of the extracts increased, cell regeneration was catalyzed and recovered damaged skin.

│ SKIN IRRITATION TEST BY CERTIFICATE AUTHORITY(KCL) │

Objective	In order to test the skin irritation of the botanic extracts, 0.5ml of the test substance was applied to 6 New Zealand white rabbits with chafed and non-chafed skin. The rabbits have been monitored hourly and evaluated for skin reactions according to announcement 2009-115 by the Korean FDA.
Results	The 6 rabbits were evaluated based on death rates, ordinary symptoms, changes in weight and skin reactions. Test results have shown no symptoms, deaths, or changes in weight after the substance was applied.
	The skin irritation index on the 24th and 72nd hour was 0.1, so the test substance was evaluated to be non-irritant.

Objective	This test aims to evaluate the effects on the body and irregular skin reactions to Beauty Mature Acne Skin and 2 other acne-improvement products, as requested by Biodetics.
Results		The test subjects were 22 males and females between 14 to 40 years of age. The subjects applied the 3 products after washing their face twice a day, in the morning and evening for 6 weeks. The subjects were then compared and evaluated based on amount of acne, pustule and oil. Based on the results, the products were judged to be helpful in improving skin acne with 95% confidence interval. There were no irregular skin reactions during the test.
