How to dispense cold alkaline water 

Touch the Cold Alkaline Water Button and the Button will be lit on with the display of pH level in the Display Window. Also the blue lamp is lit on the Cold Water Display. Press the PUSH (Dispensing Button) button with a cup and the Dispensing Cock will protrude to dispense cold alkaline water with an audible message. 

- Select either pH8.5 or pH9.0 for cold alkaline water. 

- The Product will memorize the previous pH level of cold alkaline water you had selected and dispense cold alkaline water of the previous pH level when you dispense water next time. 

- When you release the PUSH button, dispensing of water stops, and the Dispensing Cock will be withdrawn in 5 seconds. 

How to dispense alkaline water
 

Touch the Alkaline Water Button and the pH level is shown on the Display Window. Press the PUSH (Dispensing Button) button with a cup and the Dispensing Cock will protrude to dispense alkaline water with an audible message. 

- Select a pH level from 4 levels (from 8.5 - 10.0). 

- The Product will memorize the previous pH level of cold alkaline water you had selected and dispense cold alkaline water of the previous pH level when you dispense water next time. 

- When you release the PUSH button, dispensing of water stops, and the Dispensing Cock will be withdrawn in 5 seconds. 

How to dispense hot water

Touch and hold the Hot Water Button for 2 seconds and [HOT] will be displayed on the Display Window. Also the red lamp is lit on the Hot Water Display. Press the PUSH (Dispensing Button) button with a cup and the Dispensing Cock will protrude to dispense hot water with an audible message. 

- Select a pH level from 4 levels (from 8.5 - 10.0).

- The Product will memorize the previous pH level of cold alkaline water you had selected and dispense cold alkaline water of the previous pH evel when you dispense water next time.

- When you release the PUSH button, dispensing of water stops, and the Dispensing Cock will be withdrawn in 5 seconds.

- Temperature of hot water dispensed may vary depending on the surrounding environment.

- When the Product is turned off after it being used for a while and turned back on, only the cold water will be dispensed. Dispense more than 800ml of hot water from the Product and the Product will start dispensing hot water in a short while.

How to dispense purified water

Touch the Purified Water Button and [PUrI] will be displayed on the Display Window. Also the blue lamp is lit on the Cold Water Display. Press the PUSH (Dispensing Button) button with a cup and the Dispensing Cock will protrude to dispense purified water with an audible message. 

How to generate the Alkaline Water 

When water is passing over positive and negative electrodes, the water produced on the negative electrodes is called alkaline ionized water and the water created on the positive electrodes is called acidic water 

- Water(H2O) is made of hydrogen ions(H+) and OH ions(OH-). 

- If you electrically decompose water, hydrogen ions(H+) receive electrons from the cathode(e) and become activated hydrogen ions(H). 

- In addition, at the same time, as ions receive electrons(e), nano colloids are generated.
