The elastic cushion material is polyurethane, with good effects of wear-resisting, anti-vibration and long service life. Reducer and drum take tooth type connection, the gear shaft engages with annular gear, this structure has good regulatory and residual strength. The base with aging treatment after welding, its cooperated component interface is processed by Long-men milling machine, so as to ensure the concentricity of transmission components. The machining accuracy of reducer gear is improved one level than international requirements, thus reduces the noise and prolongs the service life.
