Prospect DTZZIII series weight-load controller is studied and developed by our company self. And it can satisfy the elevator load weighing demand of passenger elevator, cargo elevator, hospital elevator and explosion-proof elevator. Load weight controller is composed of controller box and sensor. The pressure sensor transforms the load weight into electric signal, which through cable transmitted into controller. Then the electric signal is operated and disposed by controller box, and elevator load weighing is finished. Controller can output multi-teams relay contact signal, and 0~10mA current signal, 0~10V or -10~+10V voltage signal according to demand when weight in car changed. Meanwhile the controller can warn by sound & light when overload also to provide accurate data for elevator load weighing and start.

Prospect DTZZIII series weight-load controller sensor part adopt bridge-type strain piece sensor, and applies steady installation technology to insure sensors running steady and long-range. We provide multi-kinds of sensor installation method. Sensor can be installed under the car bottom, on elevator rope hitch plate, on car top wheel and axle and car top beam to work together with controller.
