What is beneficiation plant; How is the beneficiation line?

Beneficiation Plant is consisted of jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier,floatation machine, magnetic separator, thickener and rotary dryer. The Beneficiation Line consists of magnetic separation and flotation separation for mineral processing. Magnetic separation line for ferrous metal is used for upgrading ores. After this process, the value of final concentrated powder will be greatly improved.The line is available with Ferrous ore, Manganese,Chrome,etc. This flotation seraration line is used for separating ferrous metals and non-metal materials such as coal fluorite and steatite,etc. It is applicable to Cu,Pb,Zn,Au,Al and so on.

The beneficiation production line is equipped with beneficition equipment. It has advantages such as high efficiency, low consumption, high output , economical and reasonable, etc.

Manganese ore dressing methods

At present, the commonly used manganese ore dressing methods include the mechanical election (including washing, screening, re-election, high intensity magnetic separation and flotation), and the fire enrichment, chemical processing method.

1). Washing and screening

Washing is separating the ore and an additional mud by using water washing or scrubbing the ore. The common equipment include washing ore screen, cylinder washing machine and trough-type washing machine.

Washing and screening operations often accompanied, as in the shaker directly flush cleaning or washing machine will get the ore (net mine) sent shaker screening. Screening can be used as an independent operation, the separation of different particle size and supply of quality products used for different purposes.

2). Gravity election

Gravity election only use in sorting simple structure, disseminated coarse grain manganese ore, especially for the oxidation of high density manganese ore. Common methods are heavy medium beneficiation, ore dressing and shaking jig beneficiation. At present the process of dealing with manganese oxide is generally crushing ore to 6 ~ 0mm or 10 ~ 0mm, and then grouping. Then jig coarse level and shake fine level.

3). Strong magnetic election

Magnetic is a weak magnetic mineral (the susceptibility X = 10 × 10-6 ~ 600 × 10-6cm3 / g). which can be recycled, generally increase of 4% Mn 10% grade in the magnetic field strength Ho = 800 ~ 1600kA / m (10000 ~ 20000oe) of the strong magnetic field separator. The magnetic separation is simple, easy to control, adaptability, and can be used for a variety of manganese ore sorting, so in recent years it has dominated manganese ore election. A variety of coarse, medium and fine-grained magnetic machine has been developed successfully. At present, the most common is the medium strong magnetic separator, coarse and fine strong magnetic separator is gradually applied, fine strong magnetic separator is still in the testing stage.

4). Gravity - magnetic election

Gravity - magnetic election plant mainly deal with leaching oxide ores, using of AM-30 Jig processing 30 ~ 3mm to wash ore and can getting high quality manganese ore including manganese more than 40%.

5). Magnetic - flotation election

Magnetic - flotation election is a new developing technology and rarely used in manganese processing.

6). Fire enrichment

Fire enrichment process is simple, stable production and can effectively separate out the iron ore, phosphate separated, and get rich manganese, low iron, low phosphorus manganese-rich slag, which typically contains Mn35% ~ 45%, Mn / Fe 12 ~ 38, P / Mn <0.002 and is a high quality manganese alloy materials. Therefore, the fire enrichment is a promising method for a manganese dressing.

7). Chemical manganese election

A lot of chemical processing of manganese, China carried out extensive research, in which more than promising is: even the two kraft, black manganese law and bacterial leaching of manganese method. Chemical manganese election has not been put into industrial production.
