2.The working process of the Mold Pressing Machie is to put the work piece in a sealed soft mold, and then put them in a sealed container filled with liquid. Through the pressure-increasing system, pressure will be released to surface of the object gradually, which can greatly improve the physical properties and keep the appearance of the object only by shortening the intermolecular distance of the substance.
3.The HIP inculdes six sysetems, they are main enginer system, vacumm system, pressure system, heating system ,colding system and electrical system.
4.We can do the size in from 100mm to 15000mm in Chamber, 5000mm in height and 300Mpa.The price is mainly subject to the chamber dia.We can produce the machine in compliance with the customer requirement.

LEE&FOUR INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING LTD. is a group company, which set up by Manuel Lee in 1998. He incorporates three factories for the debts. So our business is mainly referring to three industries.
One of the factories is produce cream whipper, soda siphon, Whipper cream dispensers and other kitchenware. Later we will develop new style dispensers and soda siphon.
The second is manufacture in a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning & refrigeration (HVAC) products and systems for Marine/Offshore market sector, such as merchant vessels, workboats, cruise liners, navy ships, yachts and Offshore fixed platforms & mobile rigs, such as Semisubmersible Rigs, Jackups, FPSOs, FSRUs, FSOs, Drillships, Norwegian Shelf Jack-ups. We have sold our HVAC products (Remote Shut-Off Damper, Non Return Damper, Fire Damper, Mushroom and so on for JU2000 AND JU 3000) to JSL (Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd) in Singapore.
The third is manufacture pressure vessel and large machinery equipment and parts, such as Cold Isostatic press, Warm Isostatic press, Hot Isostatic press, Hydraulic press, Vacuum Furnace, Hydrogen Furnace, large fan shaft and so on.
Today, LEE&FOUR employs more than 5000 staffs and we are continuously expanding. Our technology engineer is full of twenty to fifteen years experience at least. And we will welcome more excellent engineers joining in our group.
