Detonation Nanodiamond is ball-shaped with the particle diameter ranging from 2 to 15 nanometers and an average diameter of 7nm. It is hard, chemically constant, abrasion-resistant, super corrosion-resistant and high heat conductivity, refractory and highly conductive. It has big special surface ranging from 280 to 420 m2/g, high surface activity, rich surface functional group such as oxatyl, carbonyl, hydroxy group. It also has good biological compatibility and cold emission function. Those advantages make nanodiamond a important role to promote the competitive power of traditional industry in avigation, transportation, medicine, precision polishing, lubricating, composite materials.
Application
1.Ultrafine polishing and CMP technology
Nanodiamond powder could be used for the ultrafine polishing of PC magnetic head, Sapphire Polishing, HD substrate, ICs, optic lens, jewelry and so on.
2. Polymer Reinforcement
Enhance the anti-wear, hardness and self-cleaning performance of high polymer, used as the additive of rubber, glass, ceramic, fiber and so on.
3. Grease and Lubrication
Used as additives of various lubricating oil
4. Composite materials
Used as the additive of composite anti-wear plating and coating.
