GOBAKSA Salted Mackerel
│ DESCRIPTION │
A Mackerel is an ocean fish with a spindle-shaped body and is 20~25cm long. it is widely distributed on the coastal waters of Korea,Japan,and China .
Most of fishy semll is removed from the products by the low Temparature Cold Wind drying process (drying for 6~8 hours at 6~8℃ wind).
Also, unnecessary moisture has been removed to make products semi-dried chewy texture.
Freshness is maintained by putting the cold wind-dried fish under quick-freezing at -40℃ or below. Also, the smell of fish has been removed as much as possible. Enjoy less salty fish products that are preserved with table salt.

Mackerel lipid is rich in EPA and DHA .A mackerel is a representative red meat fish and its bloody muscles account for 10~15% of its entire muscles. these bloody muscles are rich in inorganic componets, such as iron and vitamins.
