In addition, dried soybeans will be activated after soaked in water. This is our amazing Activated Dry Technology！ Typically, non-dried soybeans and black soybeans become moldy and smelly in several days, and cannot be preserved for long time. Moreover, genetic-modified and non-genetic-modified soybeans are not healthy to consumers. Therefore, we import high-cost green soybeans (germination rate over 98%) from America, and they are certified by USDA (NOP) and EU, different from other organic green soybeans. We use RO water to irrigate soybeans during the process of germination (without any chemical or organic fertilizer); in addition, we use Normal Dryer Temperature Technology to preserve nutrition and to prolong the shelf-life of our products. Therefore, soy milk made from our dried soybeans tastes mellow (like roasted coffee). Our products are produced by an organic farm, which has been certified by CAS ORGANIC and Green-Product Certification Division of National Cheng Kung University (GPCD NCKU).
