Nemotek Technologie is a provider of Wafer Level Optics. The OptiML technology used by Nemotek consists in building thousands of lenses simultaneously on a wafer.
The lenses are replicated and 100% MTF tested at the Wafer Level to finally be diced into individual, integrated, optical elements that can be mounted onto a packaged image sensor.

Nemotek Technologie streamlines the manufacturing process delivering a more cost effective and miniaturized Wafer Level Lens based on reflow compatible materials.

cap015With this technology, Nemotek is able to meet the growing demand on small form factor, reflow compatible lenses.

Nemotek Technologie enables customers to save costs with less components and manual processes ensuring higher quality at affordable prices. The fixed focus optics feature also eliminates the high costs of manual focus adjustments present in other non-wafer level offerings.

The Wafer Level Optics used by Nemotek is proven to allow producing single element lenses as well as two Elements Lenses.

As of Today, Nemotek has an offering of VGA Single Element lenses as well as VGA 2 Elements Lenses and is currently working on providing Lenses with Higher resolution.
