Introdcution

Made by blending vegetable plasticizers and bio materials, the non-toxic plastisol ink for textiles passed the tests of America’s CPSIA and Europe’s Oeko-Tex Standard 100. The product can enter the textile printing markets in advanced countries without difficulties.
 
 

Features

•Free of 6 phthalates, 4 main heavy metals, azo-amine, and formaldehyde, which are environmentally harmful materials.

•Can help save energy because the hardening temperature is lower compared with existing products.

•Problems such as generation of bubbles and leaking of oil are resolved.

1. Application

-Mesh with 63 ~ 10 openings should be used to secure optimal hiding power. Mesh with 120 ~ 200 openings should be used if the base of the textile is treated in white color.

-110~120°C is proper for the intermediate drying process and 160°C needs to be maintained for the final drying process.

-When Green Quick is used in an automatic or semi-automatic machine for printing in multiple colors, workability will be enhanced excellently without the problem of stickiness.

2. How to use

-Usage: Cotton, synthetic textiles that include cotton and polyester.

-Net: 63 ~ 200 openings.

-Hardening: 50 ~ 60 seconds in 160°C.

-Cleaning of the container: Mineral spirits and organic solvent.

-Caution: Dry cleaning and ironing are prohibited.

3. Packaging and management

-Packaging: 5kg, 22kg and 25kg (Only in case of white)

-Storage: Needs to be kept in a cool area (18~20°) because our products are made using natural vegetable oil.

4. Remarks

-Diluent materials specifically designed for our products should be used. Separate printing facilities and tools should be used.

However, as we do not inspect all of our products, it is recommended that users should carry out tests and inspections for checking for any regulated materials, based on their own usage and the method for applying our products.
