1. Process Flow

Heat-setting stenter:Open-width feeding→ screw expanding → centering →automatic weft straightening(buyers supply, leave space for this device) →lower overfeeding → mechanical weft straightening →screw expanding → upper overfeeding → four- finger selvedge uncurling →infra-red edge controlling →pinning→ stentering or thermosetting→ air cooling →depinning → water drum cooling →plaiting
