There are two types of materials; insulated and non-insulated material.
Insulated material makes it possible to produce AC LED bulb.
AC LED bulb does not need any converter which converts DC to AC.
Installation is simple with light weight and it is safe without a fire danger. Furthermore, it cuts CO2 emission without converter’s additional power consumption.

Here is an amount of material to be used according to LED types
* (insulated material) AC Direct LED: 15 g/Watt
* (Non-insulated material) DC LED: 11 g/Watt

 Material price:  FYI, the price is absolutely negotiable according to quantity and etc.
*insulated material: $14/kg
*non-insulated material: $17/kg

The material per kilogram is more expensive than Al heatsink. However, an amount of our material is less used than AL’s when a LED housing is made because the housing of LED gets bigger; the weight of housing rapidly goes down.

Plus, our material makes it possible to reduce production processes because complete LED housing including a screw base part is made with only one process (no post-process).

-Die casting(6 steps): mold- emission- treat surface- spiral drill- antioxidant- product

Thus, you can save money from a short process, light weight and so on compared with AL heatsink.

For this reason, an absolute price of our material might be expensive but a relative price is low, considering overall advantages of it.
