Features of LCD Module Testing System
- It automatically examines the assembly state, attachment state, and molding
state of parts in BLU assembly line.
- This automatic inspector detects the faulty parts and reports it to the
operator, enabling him to check or remove the inferior ones.
- It examines the connection state, attachment state, arrangement state, and
existence of the rear side of BLU with LINESCAN CAMERA.
- It judges the reliability of those parts and displays the judged data on the monitor through SPC. Finally, it saves analyzed data in the DB.
System Setting & Principle of Operation
- Ultra-precision ServoMotor System by PC control.
- Built-in non-vibration conveyor system allows correcting the working distance
of a camera with precision.
- 4k or 8k Line scan Camera
Maintains the constant illuminance in real-time with the two LED Back Light Systems.
- Equipped with a defect display system for labeler or inkjet.
- Prevents panel damage with non-contact labels.
- Supports interface, SPC, and DB setting suitable to the requirements of
users.

- Supports high-definition images with 32 inch of 16,000 pixels; detects the defects of panels by applying the advanced algorithm.
- Acquires reliable data by applying tools most suitable to the subject of inspection.
