User prepares: 

Ø Ground foundation engineering, must be meeting the demands according the foundation drawing (provide by seller)

Ø Provide the raw paper, water, electric power, glue making material.

Ø Pre-Prepare 6T/H boiler 1 set (steam pressure: 1.1-1.4MPa), all the steam pipe and thermal insulation, except separation steam pocket.

Ø Provide the electric wire, tubing material. 

Ø Provide handling facilities, which can put the machine into foundation. 

Ø Provide the pipe for connecting the air supply to machine, and pipe for glue making machine to machine that shall using glue, water pipe for production water supply. 

Ø Provide 5-6 skilled workers who is experienced help installation, and provide the normal tools and auxiliary material for testing.

Ø Provide the good earthing device

Ø Provide engine oil, lubrication oil, hydraulic oil, butter.

Ø Spare and consumptive installation kit.
