Description
Micro Etching is a technique which is mainly used for manufacturing semiconductor IC, Shadow Mask for CRT, Lead Frame , Metal Mask, and ultra-precision components. It is combines photo developing technique and etching technique. Photo developing technique applies sensitizing solution at SUS to make pattern. Then, the selected etching process is handled after exposure and development.
