Ro-ne vision (Furnace Monitoring Camera)

Special camera for monitoring industrial furnaces such as cement kilns, glass melt tanks power generations and steel reheat furnaces. Users can monitor combustion conditions( or general conditions) inside the furnaces of over 1,800°C temperature through Ro-Ne Vision.

Ro-Ne Vision, as result of standardized design and mass production, has significantly lowered its cost. Secondly, with its compact feature of smaller size and weight, it is made to allow simple installation. Thirdly, by focusing the design around the user, we have pushed for simple installation and maintenance factors to provide convenience.

RNV-103/203/303 Series
The standard model of Ro-Ne Vision, it is used for monitoring the interior's front image, and you can select various angles and lengths of the vision tube.

l Lens/Camera Integrated Vision Tube l
Ro-Ne Vision System is an all-in-one camera system that breaks away from the existing furnace monitoring system manufacturing method by separating the lens tube and camera housing, and a specially developed small size camera is built inside the system as well as the lens is attached inside in a block method for easy assembly and dismantling during installation and maintenance repairs.



l Non-powered Automatic Retraction l
Existing retraction devices use separate power sources such as electric motor or air-pressure power sources; however, the Ro-Ne Vision System is the world's first non-powered automatic retraction device that uses a windup spring method. In cases of emergencies such as power outage or instances of cool air isolation, the vision tube can be retracted automatically without any power with a solenoid electric shutdown system, Preventing the vision tube from heat damages in the high temperature furnace interior.


l Simple installation l
Existing furnace monitoring system equipments are huge and the installation is complex, and installation can be made only by a professional; however, Ro-Ne Vision System of Youngkook Electronics is made by the block style and standardized format to allow easy installation for common users with just a manual. For maintenance repairs, changing of the entire equipment is unnecessary, and replacement of only damaged part makes possible to repair equipment and extend its life.
