TERMS OF PAYMENT

In payment guarantee of this contract the BUYER issue an Irrevocable, Confirmed, Divisible, Operative and Unconditional Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) for 4 months total shipment value ISSUED BY OR CONFIRMED BY A TOP 25 WORLD BANK. BUYER issues RLC for the remaining shipments.

PROCEDURES

BUYER sends LOI, accompanied by a BCL

The SELLER issues draft contract with full bank coordinates to the BUYER;

The BUYER Sign’s and seal’s the contract and e-mails it back to the SELLER.

The SELLER shall issue four hard copies of the contract and sends them to the BUYER. The BUYER and the SELLER sign.

The SELLER sends to the BUYER a Proof of Product, including a refinery allocation letter.

The Buyer’s bank issues the SBLC within 5 calendar days after signing the contract.

SELLER issues 2% Performance Bond for each shipment.

Delivery commences as stated in the sale / purchase contract.

FACSIMILE AND/OR E-MAIL COPIES SHALL BE DEEMED AS ORIGINAL AND LEGALLY BINDING.

The commodity shall be corresponding as per inspection certificate issued by SGS at port of loading confirming that the commodity meets the following specifications:
