Fiber 10G(Network 2, Monitoring 2Port)
The Fiber Optic Tap is easy to install, fault tolerant, transparent to the network. It monitors the communication between two network devices and is designed for use in Ethernet, fast and GigaBit Ethernet, ATM, SONET, FDDI networks and speed up to OC12.
It has 3 duplex SC adapters, whereof 2 for the network and 1 for the analyser. The TAP will continue to pass information in the network also when the analyser is taken away.
It is compact and housed in rigid metal enclosure. It requires no electrical power source.
