Iv Bag Seal Tester (Positive Pressure) is designed for the quantitative measurement of leak, heat seal strength, heat seal quality and burst pressure of each heat seal edge of flexible packages that are made by heat seal and adhesive processing, as well as sterilized packages. It also applies to the quantitative measurement of the leak performance of all kinds of plastic pilfer-proof closures, and the quantitative measurement of the unitary airproof, compression resistance, cap body joint strength, cap disengaging strength, seal-edge seal strength and butting strength of flexible tubes. It also provides evaluation of the compression and burst resistance of materials used for flexible packaging bags, the torsional airproof index of caps, the cap joint and disengaging strength and the stress strength, as well as the airproof performance, the compression resistance performance and the burst resistance characteristics of unitary bottles and etc.
