Antek is a probiotic cheese. It consists living, probiotic cells in proved and signed quality by Danish Laboratory of Quality. Probiotic cells are very important because of their positive influence on human organism.
Antek is characterized by mild, chestnut taste and big cavities.
Milk used in Antek production we graft by some sour and probiotic bacteria. Probiotics are living organism which are diet supplement for human, and after eating they have positive influence on human organism thanks to improving the balance of micro flora in human digestion system.
The peel of cheese is thin, the pulp is yellow and elastic.

We have founded our company in year 1990 as a private company operating in cheese sector. As the first we have produced Holland type of cheese - semi-hard cheese (edamski, łowicki), then we have started production of Swiss type of cheese - semi-hard (Jagna - cheese with big gaps, Boryna - lower fat level, Antek - probiotic cheese). Next, in year 2004, we have extended the range of our production for a membrane processing of whey and producing: whey concentrates, protein concentrates and lactose concentrates. At this moment we specialize also in Italian cheese production: MOZZARELLA in blocks, JULIENNE - mozzarella in shavings - produced using special technique (ready for gastronomy), WIEDEŃSKI cheese (ricotta) produced in fresh version and WENECKI (light cheese).
In year 2009 we have launched a wide list of new products for consumers and gastronomy market. These cheese are: GRILL (the best for roasting or grilling), FIESTA -type of feta cheese, PRZYPRAWOWY cheese (type of feta family cheese based on herbs composition added inside), MIESZANKA KULINARNA (shavings of different kind of cheese) and cheese-like product - PIERWSZY DO PIZZY (in blocks and shavings). In 2010 our offer were rising of new product - Feather cheese - fat content 3 %.
