• Tramp release system
  With hydraulic and electric sensors, ACE POWER cone crusher can release tramp irons that would be stalled in crushers.
  After releasing tramp irons, the crusher operation instantaneously can be resumed and maintained.
  • When any abnormal hydraulic pressure checked with tramp iron, the hydraulic cylinder lifts top frame up to 120mm.
    Immediately after releasing tramp iron, the crusher resumes setting and starts normal operation.
  • Electric system
    When any abnormal electric ampere checked, the hydraulic cylinder lifts top frame up to 120mm same as above
  • Immediately setting resumed and crusher operating again.
• Automatic setting system
  For the consistent quality and productivity, it is necessary to adjust feed opening normally once a day.
  It needs several steps for setting adjustment such as opening bolts, setting with hydraulic cylinder and tightening bolts.
  It normally takes about 1 hour to do it.
