RTO(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer)

VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) gas is oxidized in the combustion chamber of high temperature (800 ~850°C) to CO2 & H2O. VOCs gas is preheated through Ceramic Media which accumulates the waste heat from gas combustion and is led into the chamber. RTO and RCO are oxidation equipments which oxidize VOCs, odour and waste gas generated from plant, and are economic facilities
* Very little trouble as Rotary Valve is the only moving part and operated in very low speed (0.2~0.3rpm).
* Rotary Type has no in pressure fluctuation at the time of operating Valve switching whereas Bed type has pressure fluctuation.

Description of Product

RTO/RCO
They are systems which thermally incinerate and treat volatile organic compound(VOC) and bad smell ingredients, and also are energy saving-type systems capable of recovering waste heat of exhaust gas up to more than 95% by using honeycomb-type ceramic thermal energy storage material which has a wide surface area and a small pressure loss.

One Can Type Rotary RTO
RTO/RCO are classified into a bed type and a rotary type, but TECHWIN RTO/RCO are the third generation facilities of a new concept of the one can type completed by supplementing demerits of the bed type.The one can type RTO/RCO occupy a smaller installation space than a general bed type.
