Installation:

1. The blade holder and support blade must be kept clean.

2. The doctor blade must be mounted straight without ripples.

3. The doctor blade must be parallel to the support blade.

4. The optimum contact angle of the blade and the cylinder is between 55-60.(should adjust a little accroding to different kinds of printing machine.)
