The PDE series is a dust collecting device that is used to adsorb and remove bad smells and odors. It is called an adsorption tower because of the nature of gas molecules (atoms) sticking to the solid surface.

The adsorption tower sucks the air containing the pollutants and collects the pollutants by attaching the activated carbon with the strong adsorption. The adsorption tower is a dust collecting device widely used in a worksite where a large amount of various organic compounds, organic gas (VOC'S), and odor are generated due to its excellent filtration area and high adsorption power as compared with a general dust collector.

The adsorption tower is an economical dust collector because it does not require special maintenance when periodically replacing activated carbon.

Outstanding deodorizing capability

This product deodorizes ammonia, which emits strong bad odor, at the minimum ratio of 99%, methyl mercaptan, at the minimum ratio of 92%, and formaldehyde, at the minimum ratio of 83%, with the outstanding deodorizing capability of active carbon.

Digital monitoring and control system

This product features a digital monitoring and control system that enables monitoring and controlling of the differential pressure at the filters, the replacement cycle of the filters, and the operation of the air pulse jet system. The digital monitoring and control system also automatically detects the cleaning and replacement cycles of the filters, and prompt them with alarm sound or lamp, so that customers can use the product safely and conveniently.

High-efficiency fans of dedicated design

This product features strong suction force and low-noise operation, because it has high-durability high-efficiency turbo fans.

High mobility and space utilization

This product has wheels for easy movement to and installation at desired locations. After movement, it can be fixed firmly with wheel brakes. In addition, it has high space utilization, because it can be installed at small spaces based on compact design (in the case of indoor type).

Digital differential pressure gauge

This gauge enables the identification of contaminants, replacement timing of the filters, etc., so that the operator can manage it safely and conveniently.

Automatic shut-off function for equipment protection

When it is necessary to replace or clean the filters, this function automatically shuts off the product for protecting it, and sounds buzzer for alarming.   (In this case, the product operation is resumed when the filters are replaced or cleaned.)
