The MP series are dust collectors of descending air current type that are designed so that the air inside them flows from the upper part to the lower part. Because there is no impact of ascending air current inside them, their filter cleaning performance is very high, hence a high dust collection efficiency, and longer filter life. 

They are designed to be of modular package type, and can be installed in capacity of 1-layer, 2-layer, 3-layer, and the like, as required by the conditions of work sites. Therefore, they has a high economic efficiency. In addition, their size is 2/3 with regard to general dust collectors of the same capacity. Therefore, they have a merit that they can be installed in small spaces.

They have a high dust collection efficiency, because they have oval cartridge filters of a large filtering area (9 ㎡/ea). They also have a high economic efficiency, because they require a smaller number of filters with regard to general dust collectors.

Compact design with a horizontal-mounting type filter system

In general dust collectors, because filters are mounted in a vertical manner (vertical-mounting type), backdraft occurs in which the air inside them flows from the lower part to the upper part.

If the speed of the air current is not maintained properly, filter clogging will occur due to the speed of the ascending air current, even if the filters are dedusted with high-pressure air. To address this problem, the speed of the ascending air current should be designed to be less than 1 m/min, which makes the product size of the vertical-mounting type to be approximately no smaller than 2.5 times that of the horizontal-mounting type.

Automatic filter cleaning system (air pulse jet system)

The air pulse jet system automatically blasts high-pressure air for dedusting the filters.  The filters are automatically cleaned even during operation, which increases dust collection efficiency, enables 24/7 operation, and extends filter life.  The operating time of the air pulse jet system can be adjusted at the operator's discretion.

In particular, the MP series have a high filter cleaning performance, because they are little impacted by ascending air current. 

Modular package system

Easy and safe disposal of dust

This product is designed to have a structure that collects dust removed from the filters in a dust box installed at the bottom of the product, which enables easy disposal of dust without worries about secondary contamination. Dust discharge options of rotary valve, butterfly valve, dust box, and slide gate are available.

※ The rotary valve type is activated at the same time as the dust collection fan, and remains activated for a certain period of time after the fan is turned off so that the dust dedusted from the filters can be discharged continuously.  In addition, it is possible to discharge dust by activating only the rotary valve after the dust collection fan is turned off.      

High-efficiency fans of dedicated design

This product features strong suction force and low-noise operation, because it has high-durability high-efficiency turbo fans.

Digital differential pressure gauge

This gauge enables the identification of contaminants, replacement timing of the filters, etc., so that the operator can manage it safely and conveniently.

Automatic shut-off function for equipment protection

When it is necessary to replace or clean the filters, this function automatically shuts off the product for protecting it, and sounds buzzer for alarming.   (In this case, the product operation is resumed when the filters are replaced or cleaned.)

Easy maintenance

This product is designed for easy maintenance by mounting the devices requiring maintenance such as the filters, the air pulse valves, and the air tanks to the front of the product. In addition, the filters can be replaced easily without any tool.

Automatic dedusting function after operation

After the operation of the product is completed (fan motor off), the air pulse jet system automatically cleans the filters, which increases dust collection efficiency, and extends filter life. (The dedusting time can be adjusted.)

High scalability
