GaN Radar Pulse Amplifiers

Most of the designs are customized for customer's individual needs in Marine/Weather/Surveillance/ASR/SSR and produced either in pallet or connectorized module form. They are available in a wide selection of frequency ranges, power levels and pulse formats.

Best in industry efficiency and performance are achieved with Gallium Nitride (GaN) device technology. Customers can integrate these power amplifier blocks to build their final radar systems. All RFHIC products are RoHS compliant. Tin-whisker mitigation method is also available.
