E-pHEMT MMIC (75ohm)
E-pHEMT MMICs are designed as low cost drive amplifiers for many applications including Tuner, FTTH, CATV Systems and STB (Set-top box). These MMICs are based on Gallium Arsenide Enhancement Mode pHEMT which generates low current draw and very low noise. One can use this as a low noise amplifier, driver, gain block, or a final stage amplifier. The data in this spec sheet is valid only for 75ohm application. All RFHIC products are RoHS compliant.
