E-pHEMT MMIC (50ohm)
E-pHEMT MMICs are designed as low cost drive amplifiers for many applications including FTTH, Telecom and Smart Meters. These MMICs are based on Gallium Arsenide Enhancement Mode pHEMT which generates low current draw and very low noise. One can use this as a low noise amplifier, driver, gain block, or a final stage amplifier. The data in this spec sheet is valid only for 50ohm application. All RFHIC products are RoHS compliant.
