SPTC was established on May 7th, 1999 under a mission to "protect people and the earth", and is fully committed to its mission by researching and developing environmental protection systems: factory chimney auto-examination systems to measure gas disposal and environment pollutants, auto air pollution meters, weather equipment, auto water quality examination systems, environment pollution auto detectors, and automobile gas discharge gauges.

Recently we developed a multi-purpose automobile gauge that performs as a gas discharge gauge, gas cooler, and gas meter as well as smoke meter, and export to overseas. SPTC serves many domestic and international customers, and has gained much field experience.
