Through constant efforts we obtained such certificates as HACCP, Individual Traceability System and FCS which nation recognizes for the purpose of producing pollution-free flatfish.

The flatfish was raised with fermented cactus (Opuntia ficus-indica) fruit feed developed by Jeju Province Ocean Research Institute. The test by Korea Food Research Institute proved that this flatfish contained polyphenol, flavonoids and beta glucan that are necessary for our good health and so it is very effective in preventing aging, improving constipation, diabetes, high blood pressure and liver function. We are producing this flatfish with low antibiotics and are selling it after thoroughly verifying it.
