Features

This a special external wall paint which can be directly applied to the brick, cement, and concrete wall surface for which the initial painting is not required, and it has the function of the initial painting. Samjin's external paint(intermediate painting) has excellent permeability, alkali resistance, and waterproof & breathable property, and it has a fixed concealing and strong adhesive force.

Characteristics

1. Superb weather ability
   As its acid resistance, alkali resistance, and weather ability are superb, the painted film will not be peeled off for long period of time.
2. Excellent waterproof and corrosion resistance property
   The waterproof and washing resistance property of the film are excellent, therefore, if the wall surface is contaminated, it can be washed with water or detergent.
3. Mildew prevention function
   The prevention function of mildew and moss is excellent.
4. High elasticity function
   As this has the high elasticity(350%) function, the expansion/contraction to its original state is possible under the extreme high and low temperature state, therefore, the crack on the wall can be prevented, and as it patches up the fine crack and defect of the wall, corrosion of wall by rainstorm and moisture can be prevented.
5. The function of ultraviolet rays and dust accumulation is satisfactory.
