Electronic hydraulic position control system

Electronic hydraulic position control system is consisted of four parts location dial, sensor(lift arm, draft sensor), controller, hydraulic valve block ass'y.
According to the drivers control about functions on controller and control hydraulic valve(on/off) by micro computer.

Through above progress control operator to go up / go down. it's electronic hydraulic control equipment.

Position dial

Position dial is consisted of potentiometer and dial, and we can adjust the position of operator that drive's aim by controlling dial. and fasten the dial if you want by using stopper grip bolt, you can control the equipment within fastened position range when you can control one touch ascension, rotation/ reverse ascension control, that operator can be descended until location adjusters by position dial.

Lift Arm Sensor

Lift arm sensor detects any position changes of the implement through rotational variations in the lift arm axle. A potentiometer that affixed to the lift arm detects rotational variation in the lift arm, and the potentiometer signals such variations to the lift arm sensor.
Except for the external manual system, every controller system is directed by the signals from the Lift Arm Sensor.

Draft Sensor

Draft Sensor is designed to detect draft load of plow implement: When plowing progresses, changes in draft load influence the draft spring of the upper-link assembly. Variations in draft load relay through the linkage that is attached to the upper link assembly, and eventually such variations are relayed to a hydraulic housing through the linkage. Within the hydraulic housing, a built-in potentiometer measures such variations and relays the signal to the draft sensor.

Draft Sensor is intended for using draft control only.

Controller

Controller is largely consist of control panel, electronic control part (Micro computer, electronic circuit).

Control panel is part for working condition's fixing & control by driver. 1)One touch ascension, external control, rotation/levers ascension on/off switch, 2)pulling burden & maximum fixing dial for lift arm maximum fixing. 3) Check function switch to check the reason of trouble when control system's occurs some trouble. The electronic control parts is kernel point in control system for information treatment about equipment & working of solenoid valve.

Hydraulic ass'y

Hydraulic valve block ass'y is consisted of ascent/decent solenoid valve, valve coil, priority valve and valve block, ascendant oil volume can be can be adjusted by priority valve. this equipment could be ascended / descended by oil pressure & it's weight through control the ascent/descent solenoid valve by control signal from controller.
