P.E.B SYSTEM (Pre-Engineered Building System)

What is the P.E.B System?

This is also known as tapered beam and refers to a steel structure for which the thickness and width of H shaped section (the flange and web part) is designed and manufactured to withstand the stress as required by the building's physical dimensions and load conditions based on a computer program for the thickness and width.

P.E.B System Features

1) Superior economic feasibility
With a rational structural design based on cutting edge computer program and use of high strength steel, it is possible to manufacture and construct steel structures at 70% of cost for existing structures and to minimize construction cost.

2) Reduction of construction time
From design and manufacture, computer is used to ensure precision design/manufacture, and it is possible to maximize reduction of construction time using a simple bolt fabrication method and removing the need for welding.

3) Architectural aestheticism
With a design that has taken into consideration the aspect of architectural aestheticism and by using cutting edge materials, not only is the function and quality of the constructed structure guaranteed but also the exterior appears beautiful. As such, this is a new construction model for the 21st century.

4) Utilize broad space
A structural design without internal column of long span is possible up to a maximum width of 90 meters, and also efficiency for space utilization of the architecture is outstanding.

P.E.B System Use
Large storage, supermarket, distribution storage, shopping center, hanger, indoor gymnasium, storage for agricultural and marine products, cattle shed, maintenance factory, etc.

P.E.B System Construction Method

1) RF Construction Method
	The main feature is its function, since with the RF method, it is possible to secure a clear span up to a maximum of 90 meters. Also, according to the need and demand of the user, the indoor space can be utilized freely. Since the function to process the crane and various added load is outstanding, it is a superior method that is utilized in construction, gymnasium, hanger, storage, etc.
2) CB Construction Method
	This is a cutting edge construction method since one can freely select the internal column interval according to use, and in contrast to the mountain shaped continuous frame, there is no building leakage or condensation because the gutter is only found on both sides. Especially, since one can utilize the internal space up to a maximum of 240 meters, this is a construction method that is welcomed when constructing large scale buildings such as a distribution center, factory, industrial building, and shopping center.
3) LT Construction Method
	This is a construction method that is appropriate when constructing an auxiliary building that is connected to an existing building. Connection is possible at all directions including the endwall and sidewall, and the height can also be selected freely. Especially when the plane of the site on which construction will take place is complex or small, one can benefit from the effects of surprisingly excellent site utilization.
4) OWF Construction Method
	A clear span of a maximum of 120 meters is possible, and connection up to a maximum of 240 meters is possible. The appearance is charming because the equipments necessary for the interior of the building can be installed at the open web. Also, unlike existing design methods, as an optimal design utilizing continuous purling, this is a construction method that has high economic feasibility because it reduces the weight of the steel frame.

Other Types of the PEB System

1) 2nd Floor Type (All or a part)
	As appropriate to use, one can apply 2nd floor and 3rd floors to part or all of the space of the PEB building.
2) Crane Installation Type
	Crane is an essential element in transporting heavy objects from distribution warehouse or factory. Using a bracket, we can install a 15 ton crane, and by using an independent column for supporting a crane, it is possible to install a crane of more than 30 tons such as a coil center.
