Basic Summary
This machine is used for the purpose of insetting of dressing materials into the meat to improve the taste of chicken or turkey etc. As soon as the needle is inserted into the meat, it is sprayed into the meat inside uniformly by high pressure spray. General tumbling effect has effect to make the meat quality in soft condition and dressing materials pickling effect on the meat surface, however the injector of dressing materials injection mode inserts the dressing materials into the meat.

In the process after the injection, if you compare the roasted or smoking or fried meat, then you can feel and recognize it's much improved taste. The most important feature of the 236pins injector is safety apparatus of major part to prevent safety accident during the working. When the cover of some part of the body are opened state, the machine is stopped and then it's not operated. The machine adopted Automatic Operation System to use it at various memory function conditions according to the change condition of the meat by the operator. Also the position of Control Unit & Filter Unit can be changed according to the working place.

HPI-236
If you examine very detail filter unit on left & right side of the machine body, you can find HPI-236 Model. Needle blocking problem is the most serious problem during the injector using. To solve the problem, install a precise filter unit to prevent returning of meat cinders maximumly. Also ther is Speed Control uinit to control the working amount properly.

HPI-10/24
HPI-10/24 Model:It can be used for small capacity shop(Chieken 300/h). The problems area if existence small size injector was cleaning of needle, assembling & disassembling and cleaning of needle, assembling & disassembling and cleaning etc. due to structural problem of the machine, but disassembling method of HPI10/24 is very easy. you can disassemble needle one by one and the operator can easily assemble it again after cleaning due to Needle Unit Block.
