Product Information
Product Features
- High corrosion resistance and Heat Resistance
High corrosion resistance and heat resistance make the stainless steel pipes usable under many different working conditions in chemical plants. - Consistent Quality
Stainless steel pipes are produced using TIG and plasma welding up to 400A, which is not available at other plants in Korea. Large-diameter steel pipes of 450A~1200A are produced by the roll bender system. - Superior internal bead treatment
The cold rolled system, which is the most advanced system to date, is used to eliminate inner beads, thereby improving the microstructure of welded areas. - Advanced Technologies
U-tubes for nuclear power, which had previously always been imported, were successfully developed by SeAH, and are now being distributed to KEPCO and other customers. - Strict Quality Control System
Pipe production facilities specially designed by SeAH and its computer-aided cutting system are contributors to the manufacturing of high-precision products.

- Company introduction

SeAH Steel Corp. has been playing an important role in Korean economic development as a leader in the steel pipe industry, a mainstay of national infrastructure. What made us noticeable is that we were the first Korean exporter of steel pipes to the USA. Then, we successfully expanded our presence in the world to numerous countries including Japan, winning the company's reputation in the world market and improving the globalization of the domestic steel industry. SeAH, equipped with the biggest production capacity in Korea of 110 tons, is producing steel pipe products of world's best quality, using the cutting-edge automated facilities in Pohang and Changwon Plants. We are also doing business in flat-rolled products through our Gunsan Plant for Pre-coated metal, in order to become a comprehensive steel company. Yet, we will not remain complacent with our current credibility and reputation rather we continually strive to shape ourselves into a more matured comprehensive steel-maker. R&D will continue to perfect production quality, sponsor cultural activities and give assistance to environmental projects. We hope that we can have your constant support in the future, just as you have been supportive in the past. We promise to be a true leader of change in the 21st century.
