Manufacturing method

Manufacturing method is varied according to the raw materials
1. Natural silica glass - raw materials are Natural Quartz & Silica
- melted by arc discharge or hydrogen flame
2. Synthetic silica glass- thermal dissociated by oxygen flame or plasma

Natural silica glass - divided by glass of turbid silica & purified clear silica
- contains impurities like as Al, Fe, Na
- used for nozzle, plastic agent at the high temperature, filling agent

Synthetic silica glass -although impurity is low, contains groups of Cl, OH according to the raw materials and manufacturing method
-supplied to optical science, application of fiber-optical fiber, and various dental tools.
