Our machine manufactures flexible flat cable that meets the specification of rated electric pressure 30v~300v, heat-resistance temperature 80~105 centigrade.
With the development of electronic machines, and the precisionization and the miniaturization of electric machines and communication equipment, the wiring works for them grew complicated and came to demand a variety of designing.

For the purpose of carrying out such work effectively, wiring workers felt keenly the necessity of using electric wire whose cores are fixed in a row, thus making it possible for them to apply electric wires to machines right away without after-processing.
Flexble flat cable, FFC was born to satisfy such needs.

Our machine manufactures this flexible that cable in laminating style by using a straight angled conductor and insulation film.

1. Belt
   The belt drives puncher and S/T heat roll. All movements and operations are done by belt.
   
   
2. Operations panel
   It is an apparatus to operate for displaying the length of porduct, production meter, quantity in punching, and production speed.
   The functions are built in with displaying error message.
   
   
3. Supporting tape heating press + Servo Motor
   Tag welding (lightly) for supporting tape, It is designed for reducing reinforcement plate.
   
   
4. Punching Section
   It is made of frame assembly blade that produces holes on the film composing the product. It has good durability
   
   
5. Film Rack Section
   It discharges film. When the product balance is not matching, it makes film moved in the fixed without floating through automatic zero point detector.
   
   
6. Protective Film
   It prevents transcribing the adhesives on the surface of porduct and doubles the time available for heat roll.
   
   
7. Touch Screen
   All operations such as setting the length of product, production meter, error message of quantity in punching, and simultaneous alarm are displayed on the screen feaibly.
   
   
8. Slitter + Vision
   It provides the type available for individual regulation and block type. It can be moved by one hundredth by motor operation. Vision is controlled with margin detector by the unit of one thousandth. It is made of a camera, a computer and a board.

ROI (Region of Interesting) ROI means the area to be inspected by the system and two ROI detect the inner board lines of the conductor (flat cable) When detecting the board lines, of the board line locates out of the ROI's then it is not detected. And if the board line(s) of other conductor (flat cable) is located inside the ROI's then it may be detected by mistake.Therefore the size of ROI must be designed properly to detect the board lines normally.   The height of ROI affects on the accuracy of detection. So it's better to set the height somewhat big as shown in the screen.   The size of width defines the inspection territory for the inner board line of conductor(flat cable).   When click this button, operation performs with the setting values.

Machine for Anti-Static Brush

Summery This is an automatic production machine to produce anti-static brush, especially for automatic manufacturing anti-static brush which is attached on the section of pulling-out papers in facsimile and photocopier and removes high-voltage (negative electricity) remained in developing drum. Lots of minute and ultra-minute fibers are equally arranged and fixed to anti-static brush in two dimensions and connected to earth electrically. Sructurally, to maintain anti-static available condition and state object, it should be equally manufactured with the type to be feasibly applied for attachment, assembly, and mass-production to target application machine.

• The need for the machine is required, which can automatically produce same and equal anti-static brush to meet the anti-static purpose, in large volume consecutively and continuously.
